Agreement to the processing of personal data

I, by my will and in my interest, agree to the processing, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage (clarification, updating, change), use, transfer to third parties, depersonalization, blocking and destruction of my personal data - last name, first name , patronymic, contact phone number, e-mail address, Name, legal address: Address (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), in order to provide me with goods and services (products), including, but not limited to: identification, delivery, provision of services , distribution of information and advertising messages (via SMS, e-mail, telephone, other means of communication), receiving feedback.

I hereby also give my consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data, including on the territory of foreign states not included in the list approved by Order of Roskomnadzor dated March 15, 2013 N 274 (as amended on October 29, 2014) “On approval of the list of foreign states who are not parties to the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and ensure adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects”, in order to fulfill the above purposes of processing personal data.

I confirm that personal data and other information relating to me (last name, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, e-mail address) were provided by me to the Seller by entering them when registering on the Site voluntarily and are reliable. I am informed that in case of inaccuracy of the personal and information provided, the Seller reserves the right to terminate the service through the Site.

I agree that my personal data will be processed in ways consistent with the purposes of processing personal data, without the possibility of making a decision based solely on the automated processing of my personal data.

My consent is given for a period of 10 years following registration on the Site, and I have been informed that this consent is automatically renewed after this period.
