Return period

The term for the return of goods of good quality is 21 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The reasons for returning the goods on the part of the Buyer may be the following:

• the size, form factor, color, length, etc. did not fit;
• the shade of the received product differs from the shade of the model from the photo on the site.

Reasons for return by mistake of the Seller:

• incorrect ordering;
• the presence of a defect / marriage.

Refunds

Refunds to the buyer of our online store are carried out in the following ways:

1. Cash

Available at any branded pickup point. The Buyer receives funds in the presence of an identity document (passport or a document replacing it) and an application form, a sample of which will be provided to the Client.

2.Cashless payments

The client is obliged to provide bank details. The following information is required to transfer funds:

BIC of the bank branch where the account is opened
Client's personal account
Name of account holder

Refunds to the Client are carried out within 5-7 working days
